In 2005 we realized that we were no longer in the country......town had come to
us. So we decided to sell and move farther out. As soon as we put our place on the
market and chose the property that we wanted to buy, we went to visit with Cayttie
and K.C. We didn't even consider doing business with anyone else. We knew we'd be
happy with whatever we might get from them. They had a new modular on the lot that
hadn't even been set up yet that Cayttie wanted us to see. Of course we fell in
love with it. But once again, we wanted to change the floor plan. They didn't even
hesitate. At least this time the changes we made were easier!
They came out and set the house in early February, 2006. Bob intended to build the
attached garage after we moved into the house. But we found out that it had to be
built because the furnace was to be installed in the garage and the inspector would
not let them install it without the garage there. Without heat the drywall work
couldn't be done, the carpet couldn't be installed properly, and we couldn't have
water. So K.C. took over and had his crew build our garage for us. I don't know
what we would've done without them. The house was ready for occupation by the middle
of March. We added a porch to the front, a covered patio to the back, and rockwork
to the front of the garage and behind the woodstove. We've lived in our home for
going on 3 years now and we absolutely love it.
Through buying, setting up, and moving into both of our homes we never had a problem
that they couldn't or wouldn't take care of. They are honest, hard working people
who do the absolute best that they can for their customers. They are wonderful to
work with and we recommend them to anyone and everyone. And besides all of that,
they are just truly nice people.
