With an idea in mind, we were led through the design phase with extremely helpful suggestions, teamwork and patience at every step and ended up with just the house we wanted at all levels. They both honored our vision as well as shared helpful ideas from top to bottom based on their vast experience. Once the house was production and on-site, they were communicative and responsive which was so appreciated and a blessing as we were out-of-state. Kopper Creek’s building team as well as their solid relationships with local contractors made all aspects of the build convenient and seamless. After completion, they were also of great help for us when it came to building a wrap-around deck. We couldn’t imagine doing all this without Kopper Creek and the warm relationship we developed with them. They really made us feel like family, not just customers.
