KC & Cayttie Heister

With experience in the factory- built housing industry since the mid 1980’s KC and Cayttie opened Kopper Creek Building LLC in February 2003. The Heisters’ expertise and commitment to your satisfaction have contributed to significant growth and frequent customer referrals. Business is all about relationships. Honesty, integrity and a lot of hard work, added to a well built and diversified product, is our recipe.

Nancy

With a career built on service, leadership, and care for others, Nancy brings a wealth of experience to the Kopper Creek team. She has served as an operations manager in both the electrical contracting and medical supply industries, and has worked as a certified CPR/BLS and First Aid Instructor — roles that reflect her deep commitment to keeping people safe and communities strong. Her background in law enforcement further speaks to her dedication to public service and her belief in showing up for others.


Nancy joined the Kopper Creek family in the fall of 2025, and it didn't take long for her warmth and genuine spirit to make an impact. When she's not working, you'll likely find her out on the water, hitting the trails, or gathered around with the people she loves most. Family means everything to her, and her friendly, welcoming nature makes everyone around her feel right at home.


At the heart of everything Nancy does is a simple but powerful belief — that kindness is everything. She is passionate about making every person who walks through the doors of Kopper Creek feel seen, valued, and genuinely welcome. No matter who you are or where you come from, you'll always find a warm smile and open arms waiting for you here.

Calvin

Calvin joined Kopper Creek in 2026, bringing with him a wealth of hands-on experience from his time in Gunnison, CO, where he ran his own construction company as project manager. His hardworking nature, sharp attention to detail, and years of industry experience make him a trusted resource in delivering quality results on time and on budget.


When he's not on the job, Calvin can be found fishing, hunting, skiing, or golfing — or simply enjoying time with his dogs. A Texas native, he has found his home on the Western Slope and wouldn't have it any other way.

Tracy

Tracy joined the Kopper Creek family in 2023. Prior joining the team at Kopper Creek he worked for Commodore Homes of Indiana (Cavco) as a Senior Account Manager.



His past experiences include teaching in public schools for ten years and serving as a public school principal for 15 years.


Tracy loves his work and building relationships with his customers. He especially enjoys watching his client's dreams become a reality from a hand-drawn floorplan to choosing décor and options to engineered plans and culminating with moving into their dream home.

Julie

Julie joined the Kopper Creek family at the beginning of 2024. With over 15 years of accounting experience, she thoroughly enjoys keeping the office on track.


Her past experiences include working for the State of Colorado as well as the public sector in a various roles.


Julie truly loves what she does and enjoys working with the entire Kopper Creek staff to make our customers' dreams a reality.
